If you purchased your Autodesk subscription through the Autodek Online Store, this is processed by their third-party processor, Digital River. You can cancel your Autodesk subscription following these instructions.

How to cancel your subscription renewal in the Autodesk online store:
You need the Order Number and Password you used when you originally purchased your software. This information may be different from your Autodesk Account sign-in information. The Order Number can be found on the email message sent from the Autodesk store when you made your original purchase as shown below. If you can't remember the Password you used, click the Forgot your Password? link.
Enter your Autodesk subscription order number and password on the Look Up Your Order page.
Click Manage Auto-Renewal Plan.
Select off under Automatic Renewal and then click Accept to confirm the change in the pop-up window. This will stop your software from automtaically renewing and billing. Access to your Autodesk software and connected services will end on the Expiration Date listed.
